Yes! Because MELODY Lashes are made of a material that mimics human hair, you can curl the lashes as if they were your own. We do not recommend using heated eyelash curlers.

To maximize the number of uses of your MELODY Lashes, we highly recommend placing them in its original casing when not in use. This will protect the lashes from dust and moisture and prevent them from being damaged inside your makeup bag.

Domestic orders within Germany take 1-2 business days, european orders may take up to 3-4 business days, all other international orders vary. Please check our Shipping Chart for more details on price and duration.We ship all orders with our service providers German Post or DHL (including tracking). The average national delivery takes 1-2 days. Once your order has arrived, you will receive an order confirmation. From a minimum order amount of 30 Euro, the shipping is free throughout Germany. If the order amount is less than 30 Euro, the shipping costs are 2,50 Euro. (Order sum is the final sum after deduction of all discounts). Shipping costs within the EU and abroad 6,50 Euro.

If in any way you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, we promise a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase. All that we ask is for you to return the item in it’s original packaging along with your invoice or receipt. The incurred shipping charges will be charged to you.
