• All items must be unused and original packed.
• All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
• You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
• Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return as soon as it has arrived at our warehouse.
• Melody Lashes is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

 International

Should you choose to return, Melody Lashes does not provide pre-paid return labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. In addition, any customers purchasing outside of Germany will be unable to use our Returns Service. Instead, please follow the instructions below to return in accordance with our full Online Returns Policy.

Your return form must be accurately filled out and include your order number to ensure immediate processing.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return as soon as it has arrived at our warehouse.

Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Melody Lashes E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
